This contribution presents the process and methods of creating model, exploitable in landscape visual characteristics evaluation process linked to principals of landscape scenery evaluation as one of the new trends of complex perception of landscape. We have focused on those landscape components and theirs characteristics in urban landscape, which can be easily indentified. The model of settling and evaluation of visual parameters of landscape scenery was created. All theoretical assumption, methods and techniques have been examined and verified in Nitra town. According to analysis and synthesis the basic model, setting the potential of landscape visual exposure, have been created followed by combination of secondary landscape components to create a model of real landscape with its visual structure appearance. Testing of proposed model usage has been realised according to the dominant factor of visual domination – the inner structure of landscape components.
